Materials removed during the course this project would be double bagged within the containment and taken from the property and disposed of in accordance with all appropiate regulations.

All work would be performed in accordance with the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and the ACGH (American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists)

Procedures followed are outlined in the (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) guidelines IICRC. Guide for Professional Mold Remediation IICRC S520.

Clearance sampling in the form of Air-O-Cell (air samples) would be performed in all locations to ensure the areas meet acceptable clearance criteria by an independent licensed hygienist prior to build back being performed
